In order to be able to help more in need, we have improvised our weight loss program so that we can help more patients who are currently struggling with losing weight.
If you have ever tried to lose weight, you know how difficult it is to take and keep the pounds off. In the past, you may have tried various diets and exercise routines. They may have been effective at the beginning but, over time, you find yourself falling off the wagon and regaining the unwanted weight. It is time to change this flawed diet cycle. In order to take and keep pounds off, we must implement a new method.
You are likely wondering what will this program look like.
You will get a 30-minute video call appointment with our obesity board certified physician every 3 months. We will decide together what may work best for you. Our goal is to help you lose weight by coming up with a plan that incorporates healthy nutrition, regular exercise, and, if applicable, weight-loss medications. During the appointment, our physician will discuss if a weight loss medication may be right for you. If a medication is prescribed, the compounding pharmacy will cold ship the medication to you directly. During the program you will also have email and text support from our team.
Our monthly subscription for this weight loss program is $99/month. This does not include the cost of the medication, which varies depending on the medication and the dose.
Get Started On Our Weight-Loss Program
- A BMI of 30 or greater
- A BMI of 27 or greater AND one or more of the following medical conditions:
- Coronary artery disease
- Cerebrovascular disease
- High blood pressure
- Hyperlipidemia
- Hypertension
- Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
- Obstructive sleep apnea
- Already tried different ways to lose weight, including modifying your diet and activity amount, and have not had success
- Experience food or sweet cravings often

You can sign up by clicking the button below to enroll in our weight loss program. You will go through our easy online application so we can get more information about you. Once you submit the application, you will receive an email from us to welcome you to the program. Once our team reviews your application, we will reach out to you via a phone call or email to schedule your first appointment with us.
Our monthly subscription for this weight loss program is $99/month. This does not include the cost of the medication, which varies depending on the medication and its dose.
Your subscription will start when we confirm your enrollment and send you an invite to schedule your first appointment. If at the end of your video conference with the physician, a weight loss medication is determined to be a good option for you, the physician will send the prescription to the pharmacy. You will pay for the medicine upfront. Please expect to receive the medication for the first month from the pharmacy within 1-2 weeks. There is a $25 shipping fee added by the pharmacy to cover the shipping and handling of the refrigerated medications.
