Don't know where to start. I didn't actually see Dr. Efe, but my mom's friend was visiting and developed a weird swelling around her lips. I said she should go to the ER. No problem, she said she could text her doctor. TEXT him. Which she proceded to do. In about 20 minutes he texted back. Then they talked on the phone. THEN did a FaceTime so he could get a better look. He had her medication list in front of him and said he thought it was a reaction to her blood pressure medicines, and told her right there what to do over video chat. Her friend then introduced all of us to Dr. Efe, who was really cool about it. I think she saved a few hundred dollars in an ER visit right there. I said I wished I had a doctor that did that, and he texted my mom's friend a link to show similar practices in my area! for me!! The monthly fee for Dr. Efe isn't much more than it would cost me to see my own doctor WITH my insurance. I've already made an appointment to see another "DPC" doctor near me! Anyway I can't say enough about Dr. Efe, and my mom is even signing up with him

Participation in the Birmingham Direct Primary Care plan is a much appreciated, but low cost benefit that we offer our employees. It is comforting for them to know that their basic healthcare needs can get addressed quickly and seamlessly. I highly recommend Dr. Efe and his organization!

All in one. I get treated like a patient not as a check. He takes his time to listen and doesn't rush. I can also get my medication before I leave the office. I would recommend BDPC Dr. Efe to anyone. Low monthly payments, ability to contact the Dr via text, email or phone is fantastic.

Love having Dr. Sahinoglu as my primary care Doctor. Love this service! Very personal and very nice having direct access. He has helped me get my blood pressure under control! Looking forward to being with them for years to come.

Amazing Doctor and better human being! My son and I were traveling for baseball, and he rearranged his schedule to help us with his ear. So gracious with his time and personal approach. I applaud Doc for being a pioneer in Direct Primary Care and reminding us how comforting it is to have a personal doctor truly caring for your health.

Imagine having a Doctor that when you show up for your appointment he is waiting at the door for you. He walks you into the exam room and spends 2-hours with you. The realize you can do that as many times a month as you would like and it only cost you $75 a month. This is exactly what you'll find at Birmingham Direct Primary Care. Add to that the fact that Dr Efe Sahinoglu is a gifted caring doctor and as far as I am concerned there is not a better option in Birmingham for a personal/family practitioner. I honestly could go on and on with this concierge Doctor business model because it just makes sense. UPDATE: After being with Dr Efe a little lover 3-months I've gone from Diabetic to Pre-diabetic (heading to diabetes free) Lost nearly 25 pounds, tightened my belt by 5 holes (Only one left). Blood work across the board is better and I no longer dread going to the Doctor. Not to mention the fact that it doesn't cost me an entire day and I actually get to spend more time with my Doctor than I have in my entire life. Things are changing!!! Thank you Dr. Efe.

Great visit with Dr. Efe. I feel like he’s going to be a fantastic provider based of his attention to what I had to say, detailed questions and length of visit. I definitely didn’t feel like I was rushed like I do at every other doctor’s office.
