Imagine having a Doctor that when you show up for your appointment he is waiting at the door for you. He walks you into the exam room and spends 2-hours with you. Add to that the fact that Dr Efe Sahinoglu is a gifted caring doctor and as far as I am concerned there is not a better option in Birmingham for a personal/family practitioner. I honestly could go on and on with this concierge Doctor business model because it just makes sense. UPDATE: After being with Dr Efe a little lover 3-months I've gone from Diabetic to Pre-diabetic (heading to diabetes free) Lost nearly 25 pounds, tightened my belt by 5 holes (Only one left). Blood work across the board is better and I no longer dread going to the Doctor. Not to mention the fact that it doesn't cost me an entire day and I actually get to spend more time with my Doctor than I have in my entire life. Things are changing!!! Thank you Dr. Efe.

Amazing Doctor and better human being! My son and I were traveling for baseball, and he rearranged his schedule to help us with his ear. So gracious with his time and personal approach. I applaud Doc for being a pioneer in Direct Primary Care and reminding us how comforting it is to have a personal doctor truly caring for your health.

Dr. Efe Sahinoglu is the best! What a fantastic practice. Dr. Sahinoglu answers all of your questions without rushing, helps you to understand the process of figuring out what is wrong, and is just a super caring person. I wish I had found his practice years ago! Now I tell all my friends about him. How often do you find yourself bragging about your doctor? Yeah, he's really that good.

What a great experience! Completely different from a traditional doctor visit where you wait forever to get sent to an exam room, wait some more before seeing the doctor, and then spend less than 5 minutes with him / her! At Birmingham Direct Primary Care, it’s the polar opposite. No waiting...you’re back in the exam room and seen by Dr. Sahingolu immediately! That’s followed by a thorough exam by Dr. Sahingolu who asks questions and truly listens! And then you can get your prescriptions filled right there in his office at a fraction of the cost of going to the pharmacy saving you both time and money! What’s not to like!

Birmingham Direct Primary Care, led by physician extraordinaire, Dr. Efe Sahinoglu, is a terrific organization that delivers outstanding care with a personal touch. The employees at my company love the fact that they can easily get in touch with Dr. Efe in person, by text or email. Participation in the Birmingham Direct Primary Care plan is a much appreciated, but low cost benefit that we offer our employees. It is comforting for them to know that their basic healthcare needs can get addressed quickly and seamlessly. I highly recommend Dr. Efe and his organization!

Dr. Efe Sahinoglu has been a great help to me over the last few months. I had a cardiac issue and wound up going to him first before his referring me to a cardiologist, and he really helped me understand what was going on. And being able to contact him by email or text has been wonderful in the weeks following a procedure to correct the cardiac issue. I highly recommend him - a compassionate AND skilled doctor.

Have been so blessed to find Dr Efe and have his services and that 1 on 1 I have with him to make sure I am taken care of and saves me so much money from ER visits and medications and no co pays. Highly recommend! Family Dr that the whole family can trust!

He is compassionate and knowledgeable and in this day in age when medical care and cost have become such a source of stress, he has relieved that stress during a difficult time.
